Aluxe Wax Refund & Return Policy

At Aluxe Wax, we take pride in providing high-quality wax products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. Please review our policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because wax and cosmetic products are considered hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Aluxe Wax is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately changes are not guaranteed.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on wax or cosmetic items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
